The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy™
are an ancient Maya technique of abdominal massage. Through external non invasive manipulation, internal organs that have shifted are repositioned restoring the flow of blood, lymph, nerve and chi in the body. This treatment benefits women and men and can support pelvic and abdominal health, digestion and fertility issues.
Adrienne Egan is the only Certified ATMAT practitioner in the Republic of Ireland and specialises in this therapy.
