Castor oil packs for Endometriosis

Castor oil is a remedy that has been around for quite a while. It has some wonderful healing properties, and for those experiencing menstrual difficulty it can be very supportive on a number of levels. Ricinoleic acid is the main component of castor oil, and it exerts anti-inflammatory effects. Applying a pack to the lower abdomen can be very effective in decongesting the pelvis. Castor oil packs when used in conjunction with a course of Maya Abdominal Massage treatments can be extremely effective in pain managment, the breaking down of adhesions and maintaining good pelvic health.

If you would like to know when and how to use castor oil packs for endometriosis management, you can contact me to make an appointment.
