Give yourself the best chance of conceiving

Did you know that it takes 3 months for an egg and sperm to mature? That’s 12 weeks of egg development by our bodies before they are ready for that fertility window. We should of course be cultivating a healthy diet and lifestyle if thinking of conceiving but to ensure an optimum healthy egg and sperm at least three months of concerted effort can really give yourself and your partner and your potential child a great start.

So what can you do to achieve this?

Having a three month programme of Maya Abdominal Therapy, for both the man and the woman can ensure that your pelvic health and the health of the egg and sperm are optimum.  Treatment would consist of a three month programme of maya massages. You will also be taught a self care massage to continue at home to maximise the benefits between the treatments. You will also be given diet and lifestyle advice and other home care strategies that can really enhance the process.

Maya Abdominal Therapy is such a great foundation to enhance the health and success of the concious conception process.

Maya Abdominal Therapy is just as beneficial for those undergoing assisted conception (such as IVF) as well as those who are trying to conceive naturally.
