Womb Yoga in Dublin | October 14th

I am delighted to report that Uma is back in Ireland in October. If you have not had a chance to experience Womb Yoga yet I highly recommend it, for all women.

Womb Yoga is a simple, subtle and delightful route to access feminine spiritual authority, a powerful set of techniques and attitudes for all women to use on their journeys toward spiritual empowerment, self acceptance and contentment. It is an evolving therapeutic approach to yoga specially developed to support women’s health and healing over the past thirteen years by Uma Dinsmore-Tuli.

Womb yoga enables you to re-connect joyfully with naturally arising inner wisdom, insight and vitality. It is both delicious and profoundly nourishing. It is healing and vitalising. To practice Womb Yoga is to honour and embrace the original blood wisdom of your womb, or womb space energies, as the source of feminine intuition, connection, creativity and nurture.

The Dublin Session will take place in Yoga Dublin Studios Ranelagh, October 14th (Sunday) from 6-8.30 Admission is €20
