Yoga for PMS and Menstrual Pain

A lovely simple sequence of yoga postures for PMS & Menstrual Pain from a Yoga teacher friend in the UK, Penny Fuller. Do check out her blog for great articles.

The following sequence of Yin (softening) postures has a noticeably calming and nourishing influence on the nervous system. It is useful at times of physical depletion or over stimulation and will effectively help manage difficult symptoms, both leading up to and during menstrual bleeding.
