Adrienne Egan (BA Hons, ITEC Dip Distinction, ATMAT Cert) is the first Certified Arvigo therapist in the Republic of Ireland. Adrienne has studied with Rosita Arvigo in the USA & Belize. She has studied and completed the following specialisations with the Arvigo Institute:
- Self Care Training
- Professional Care training
- Advanced Certification
- Spiritual Healing
- Advanced techniques from pre-conception to post partum
Adrienne has also trained with Marty Ryan, LMP specialising in clinical applications of manual therapy for the abdominal viscera.
In 2012 Adrienne completed an apprenticeship with Alexandra Pope on The Woman’s Quest Apprenticeship Training, the first year long training of its kind, presenting a new paradigm in women’s leadership based on a uniquely female model of development, the menstrual cycle. Adrienne now offers Menstrual Cycle Awareness coaching in addition to the Maya therapy sessions.
Adrienne has trained with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, completing the Well Woman Yoga (yoga therapy for women’s health) teacher/therapist training.
Adrienne is also a qualified Swedish Massage therapist, a Reiki Master and Findhorn Flower Essence practitioner.
Adrienne served as a director on the Board of the Endometriosis Association of Ireland from 2012-2014 and is a member of The Arvigo Institute, NH, USA.
July 2014- August 2015 Shamanic Practice and breathwork with Martin Duffy at the Irish Centre for Shamanic Studies and Transpersonal Institute at Dunderry Park.
2015 – Closing the Bones Ritual from Developing Doulas.
2016 – Closing the Bones Advanced Techniques with Rocio Alarcon.
Oct 2015 -2017 Visceral Manipulation with the Barral Institute. VM1, VM2, VM3 & VM4 modules completed.
Oct 2016 – Dip in Conciousness Studies (Integrating Depth Psychology and Vedic techniques for Self-Realisation) with CG Jung Centre of Ireland and Accredited by the Sangyan Vedic Studies & Research Centre, Chaturveda Niketan, Jodhamal Road, Hoshiarpur, Punjab, India.
